July 24, 2013 – Plaintree Systems Inc. subsidiary, Summit Aerospace USA Inc. , announced today that it is accepting financing from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (”PIDA”).

June 13, 2012 – Plaintree today announced that its most recent corporate acquisition, Summit Aerospace USA Inc., purchased a state of the art Deckel Maho DMU 80 P duoBlock Universal Milling Machine, for just under $1Million that will allow them to expand their current roster of jet engine parts.
